May your heart be brimming with love and gratitude this season. My heart is forever grateful for the interesting life I have been blessed to lead.
Just a quick craft share today. I finished this mini Lady Liberty a few days ago from a free pattern at The Little Crochet Farm website.
Lady Liberty measures about 11cm (4.25in) from her feet to tip of the crown. I used Phildar Coton 2 yarn in colorway 1300 Amande, a touch of gold yarn for the torch, 8mm safety eyes, and a little Modge Podge Stiffy to keep the crown well-shaped.

She was a lot of fun to make, and now sits close to the tiny Christmas tree I just put up.

I have also made a bit of progress on a cardigan. A month ago, I bought some Korean-made Arclinen (20/linen, 80/acrylic) at end-of-season prices at Banul (a Korean yarn source). I love working with linen and linen blends. This cardigan is slow-moving, so it will likely take me the winter to crank it out!

I am using a 15 year old pattern that is still wonderful today. Looking forward to showing you the result. So far, the fabric I’ve created is sumptuous, a little stretchy, and with a lovely texture.
That’s it for today! I am off to teach my Friday class (it is still Thursday/Thanksgiving in the States). Much love, gratitude, and leftovers to all!
