Granny squares are such fun to make. They are quick and scrap yarn friendly. I made this colorful bag for my sister, and will tuck in some threads and create a lining before I ship it off to her. (I made a similar bag in cotton about a week ago.)
The yarn is acrylic neutrals from Daiso, and Mothy and the Squid rainbow skeins. I used a 3.75mm hook, and sewed the squares together before crocheting the strap. It was really the simplest thing in the world to make! I think it would be cute if it was a little smaller, and attached to a belt to fit as a waist bag.
